Rogers unreliable bandwidth checker

It's pretty clear that Rogers is evil (as mentioned in last post) but they also suck, a lot.
Here's another reason to hate them that proves they are completely evil (if you are not convinced already).

As you know by now they have monthly bandwidth caps, but if you are a user of their service (this is our last month... FINALLY!) you need to verify your bandwidth is not over the arbitrary limit they impose. So how to do this? on their website of course! you can login to the account you created and once linked with your internet service account you should be able to see your bandwidth.

There's quite a few problems with this service:
1. is the bandwidth only includes up to yesterday! no real time monitoring, which means you must invest your own time and money to monitor real time bandwidth usage (I recommend Gargoyle Router - router firmware which can replace your default one if you have a modifiable router, otherwise they can be bought for 50-100 dollars and the firmware is free!)
2. it's unclear whether Rogers includes bandwidth you spent for just checking your own bandwidth on their website!
3. the service is not available most of the time, for example because we cancelled our service we can't view the amount of bandwidth we used last month, nor this month! outrageous! we still have the service NOW!!!

example: The account 23xxxxxx01 you are checking is not an internet account. In order to view your Internet services, you must add Hi-Speed service to your Rogers account. Please click here to order Rogers Hi-Speed service.

As always, Comment your opinion or anything at all!
Did you ever see a similar screen while checking your bandwidth usage?
Since Rogers' service is so unreliable, which platform (if at all) do you use on your own end (router or computer) to monitor your bandwidth?

Let me know what you think
