It appears that Rogers Plus stores in some Greater Toronto Areas (GTA) have a major system outage.
They have been down since this morning and have no sign of coming back.
Simply unacceptable as a Company, since we discussed Rogers evil aspect and I am no longer a customer I will just say thank you for being so stupid....
I was going to return the rented equipment we had and since our service cancellation no longer need and was unable to do so at a local store which appears to be only wireless, so I went to the Rogers Plus store and appears their system is down.
Waited for some time but no avail and they would not take a note with the equipment, which now means I will have to come back when they get their stuff together (will this even ever be true?) and a disappointed non-customer at this point I can't really do much even my complaints will probably go unheard since I am no longer a customer, for precisely those type of things.
There you have it, if you are a customer I would highly recommend to switch as soon as you can.
