Why do I get emails like this from my builder?
The email has the image attached, rather then text written, there's no personalization - such as my name, or even the TO field of the email, doesn't have my email address.
But I guess it's not the first time I got screw ups from the builder, technology is not their forte, but they do build well. High quality and customer service at the front of their business model.
