1. Acquire the following:
- Glitter - dollar store
- Print letter and address of your enemy - office
- Envelope - fedEx
- Stamp - post service
- Glue - dollar store
2. Sprinkle glitter into letter, fold and place inside envelope.
3. Seal envelope well, this is important so that all the glitter stays inside and doesn't give anyone a hint that there's something strange about the letter.
4. Stick stamp and address on the front - you probably don't want to put a return address if you don't want to expose yourself.
