City of Vaughan Speeding Camera SCAM! Letter: Notice of Penalty and Due Date Ontario Municipal act 2001

 Have you been scammed by the City of Vaughan speeding camera?

Here's the scenario: you get a letter in the mail that reads the following: "Notice ofPenalty and Due Date Ontario Municipal act 2001"

The letter goes on to explain the location of the speed trap, the speed, photos of the vehicle and license plate, and the charges for this bylaw. There are some phone numbers, a website etc. No real explanation of the bylaw, or how to dispute or go about the process in a civil manner. So all you have to do is just pay this fine...
